It's all about the love.

I love many things: my husband, my friends, old dogs, and trying new food. I better add sewing to the list while I'm at it.

My husband thinks I'm a little OCD, but that's only because I have to eat Kit Kats one layer at a time. Doesn't everybody do that?

I also love well made things, and creating them is a joy: baking, knitting, sewing. (I even like assembling furniture and the more instructions the better!)

I grew up in a small town along the Florida gulf coast. My dad, a photography professor, passed his love of photography on to me at an early age and I've never wanted to put my camera down since.

I love photography as a means of story telling and that's what I'm reaching for each time I look through the lens- telling your story.

I'm a southern girl and proud of it. Give me some boiled peanuts or black-eyed peas and I'm happy. I promise not to count all of the black-eyed peas. Now THAT would be OCD.
