I was taken by surprise this morning and hit with a case of the giggles that almost had me falling out of my chair. I was starting my week with a typical morning procrastination and looking at websites when I saw a link for Cake Wrecks on MSNBC.com. I am an ametuer pastry chef and have had many cake wrecks myself, let us all forget the pirate ship cake that looked a lot like a brown log if you know what I mean, and so I was intrigued. Once I saw the blog I couldn’t stop looking or laughing. What a great way to start the day. I especially liked the watermelon cake and the lifesized bride.
